DAU, WAU, MAU, and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).

Access to the application is via a QR code: employees scan their badge to log in and can invite guests.

Displays the current office occupancy. An employee can log into the app or book a workspace in advance for a specific day. If the limit is exceeded, access is restricted.

Bookings page: all details are in the card, and cancellations are available directly from the list.

Push notifications: reminders about events and available spots, so employees stay informed about the latest updates.

I conducted usability testing with four participants, asking them to book a workspace in the office. During observation, no difficulties were identified while completing the task.
