The company has 10,000 employees, but only 7,000 office workspaces. There is no booking system, so employees cannot plan in advance which days to come to the office.

Access to the application is via a QR code: employees scan their badge to log in and can invite guests.

Displays the current office occupancy. An employee can log into the app or book a workspace in advance for a specific day. If the limit is exceeded, access is restricted.

Bookings page: all details are in the card, and cancellations are available directly from the list.

Push notifications: reminders about events and available spots, so employees stay informed about the latest updates.
