idpay is an app for fast international transfers. Our product's is extremely simple, transparent, and well-designed—this is what sets us apart from our competitors. No we have a new page with a user-friendly and modern interface, and have also added a new option for replenishing your account via the Fast Payment System (SBP).
When I first started working, it became clear that some solutions needed improvement.
A step-by-step refinement of each block made the interface clearer and easier to use. As a result, users navigate the interface more quickly and spend less time performing operations.
The second block is designed as a convenient animated widget, where information appears gradually as the data is filled in step by step.
We've changed and optimized the curtain for adding a new card.
Previously, account top-ups were only available via ATM. When choosing "IDpay account payment," instructions were displayed, also available in the "E-wallet" section.
Now users can top up their accounts directly on the transfer page – quickly, in just a few clicks.
To top up an account, the user can only select from a list of Russian banks.
As a result, all sections of the transfer page were redesigned and improved, and the introduction of top-ups via the Fast Payment System (SBP) made it even more user-friendly.
We, as a product, see an increase in the number of users replenishing their accounts ↗, increased retention ↗, reduced transaction time ↗, an increase in the percentage of successful transactions ↗, a reduction in the cost of processing one transaction ↗, and our product becomes better.
