idpay is an app for fast international transfers. Our product is incredibly simple, transparent, and well-designed—this is what sets us apart from our competitors. Now we have a new page with a user-friendly and modern interface, as well as a new option for topping up your account via the Faster Payment System (SBP), which has simplified account top-up for our users and increased loyalty.

During the initial analysis, it became clear that the page was outdated and required an update both in terms of structure and user experience.

Additionally, users were able to change the payment method during the top-up process. This increased the time required to complete the transaction and, in some cases, disrupted the user flow.

Previously, topping up an account was only available through an ATM. When selecting the “IDpay Account Payment” option, instructions were displayed, which could also be found in the “Electronic Wallet” section.

During the research, the main issues and pain points in the interface were identified.

The page structure was updated and the visual hierarchy was strengthened, making the interface clearer and easier to understand. We also replaced the font with a new one to improve readability and the overall visual perception of the interface.

The second block is designed as a convenient animated widget where information gradually appears as the data is filled in step by step.

We've changed and optimized the curtain for adding a new card.

Users can now top up their accounts directly on the transfer page — quickly, in just a few clicks.

To top up the account, the user can select only one of the Russian banks from the list.

As a result, all sections of the top-up page were redesigned and improved. The introduction of top-ups via the Faster Payments System (SBP) made it even more convenient for users.

As a product team, we see an increase in the number of users topping up their accounts ↗, higher customer retention ↗, reduced transaction time ↗, and overall improvement of the product.
